Our President, and DNA of the BiiiP Brand. Javier has a fiery passion for the game of baseball that started young, just like millions of kids today. From the crunch of the dirt beneath his cleats, the smell of the freshly cut grass in the outfield, and most of all the “CRACK” from a ball getting blasted off the sweet spot from a bat, baseball is in his veins. His hard work and dedication to the game provided him with an opportunity to play professional baseball as a pitcher for the Kansas City Royals. He played five seasons before injuring his shoulder, forcing him to hang up his cleats. He discovered that through the pain, his passion for the game grew stronger.

He continues to play all over the country in competitive men’s tournaments, and every time either he or a teammate hits a home run the word, “BiiiP” can be heard echoing throughout the field. The word itself represents the feeling every hitter gets watching the ball take flight out of the park; not only that, but it represents that deep breath exhaled after a long day of batting practice. Growing up in Mexico, and not having much given to him in his life, Javier lives by this statement, “life is all about working hard, dedication, and being mentally tough to get through the struggles every day.” BiiiP symbolizes the grit, sweat, and blood of Javier and the millions of ballplayers across the globe.
